Paint With Kat Courses and Painting Challenge

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Paint With Kat course, workshop, painting challenge, or related digital product (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Access and Use

All courses and challenges are for personal use only. You may view the content for your own learning and creative development, but you may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any course materials, videos, downloads, or written content.

2. Non-Transferable Purchase

Your purchase grants you individual access. Access may not be transferred or shared with others. If misuse or unauthorized sharing is identified, access may be revoked without refund.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because the programs include immediate digital access, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Results Disclaimer

Every artist’s journey is unique. Results depend on your individual effort, practice time, and personal development. Kat does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as artistic improvement, sales, or professional opportunities.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, audio, PDF guides, lessons, demos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Ekaterina Popova and Paint With Kat. You may not copy, modify, share, post, or teach from these materials without written permission.

6. Community Conduct

If the Program includes a community space or optional check-ins, you agree to participate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.

7. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered, you must complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

8. Technology Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary internet connection, device, and software to view course materials. Technical issues on the user side do not qualify for refunds.

9. Availability

While courses and demos are intended to remain available for long-term access, Kat reserves the right to update, modify, or move content as needed to maintain the platform. You will always be provided reasonable access or an equivalent replacement if changes occur.

10. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own creative practice, well-being, and use of the materials. Painting activities should be done safely in your studio environment.
